Frequently Asked Questions page has a mission to provide our customers with answers to the most frequent questions. We tried to enlarge the common list of questions.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Currently, there are two different shipping methods available: Regular Airmail delivery and Express Courier (EMS) delivery. Courier delivery is currently available for the US and CANADA customers only.

Regular Airmail is a cheaper and reliable option. However, orders sent by Regular Airmail take more time to get delivered.

Courier delivery is much faster and benefits being able to track your parcel in real time via the USPS website. Tracking information becomes available soon after the order has been dispatched and is updated throughout the whole delivery period.

Note that although Regular Airmail is trackable in most cases as well, tracking information becomes available only on delivery (or attempted delivery) of the order. This allows us to see if we successfully delivered your order, also provide your exact delivery time.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?

At the moment, we offer 2 shipping options:

Regular Airmail delivery (4 days)
Express Courier delivery via USPS ( 24 hrs)
Fast and discreet night shipping (Just Within US)

Please note that Courier delivery currently is available for the US and CANADA customers only and is fully trackable via USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is only 2-14 days (depending on the shipping method chosen) from arriving at your home or office. Please note that we shipped orders on business days only (Monday to Friday, except for public holidays).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally, to most countries of the world.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for some reasons you are not completely happy with your purchase or you have never received it, we will reship the package or refund your payment. We can also exchange your purchase. Please use our customer support ticket page, and we will readily assist you with your problem.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Choose the proper dosage and quantity, press “Add to cart”. When clicking on “Checkout” button, we will take you to our secure server where you can securely fill in shipping and billing details and process your order.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?

If your payment is accepted and we successfully completed your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail and another e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

After making your purchase you will get an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. This e-mail contains information about the purchase and a link to our customer support ticket page where you can track the status of your order.
